The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are centrally located for your convenience. We are professionally managed by Norris-Stevens, Inc, with on-site managers to take care of all maintenance and lease related issues, plus providing fun activities for everyone. BBQ’s by the pool, karaoke nights with pizza, chili cook-off contests, decadent desserts, annual garage sales, outdoor decorating contests, and gift card drawings are just a few. The apartments themselves are very spacious, with an ideal floor plan providing a variety of ways to arrange your furniture.

We have the PERFECT location! North of us is the Tanasbourne area, with banks, grocery stores, Rite-Aid, Best Buy, Target, Barnes & Noble, Pier One, Bed, Bath and Beyond – just to name a few. There is a variety of restaurants to choose from too – Stanfords, Newport Bay, Macaroni Grill, Red Robin, Chevy’s, Appleby’s, PF Chang’s, pizza places galore, and every fast food you can think of. A Regal movie complex is within the Tanasbourne area as well. The “Streets of Tanasbourne” outdoor mall is also 2 miles north of us.
Transportation:
Tri-Met stops right outside our entrance, and the Willow Creek Max Station is just two blocks away. SW 185th is one of the major exits off the Sunset Freeway.
